Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from China Import Check. By buying or downloading a product, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell digital educational materials (for example PDF checklists, spreadsheets, and email templates). Content is for self-check and learning purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice, and it does not create a professional-client relationship.
Delivery
After a successful payment, you receive digital access or a download link (typically by email or through the checkout provider’s delivery flow). You are responsible for providing a working email address and for storing your files.
Payments
Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record (MoR). Creem processes the transaction and related payment compliance. Pricing shown on this site is in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds after the file has been downloaded or access has been granted, except where the file is defective or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time. If you believe a file is defective, contact support promptly with your order details.
License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business or personal import checks. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the pack as a competing product.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that following a checklist will prevent fraud, loss, or regulatory issues, and we make no proven safety guarantee. Chop photos, stamped PDFs, and company-domain emails included in workflows are materials for your own verification only and do not prove authenticity or account ownership. References to public FBI/IC3 BEC guidance are educational only and do not imply endorsement. Always verify critical facts independently and seek licensed professionals when needed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, China Import Check is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the materials, including lost deposits or supplier disputes.
Governing note
Checkout and payment processing are operated through Creem (merchant of record; Creem is associated with Estonia / EU payment infrastructure as applicable to their service). Local consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract still apply where they are mandatory.
